Natalie is a marketing leader with 16 years of marketing experience, focused on enhancing go-to-market strategy and communicating the Optoro value story.

Natalie has spent her entire career in B2B marketing, with the latter half of her tenure specifically leading teams at large supply chain and commerce organizations. Prior to Optoro, she oversaw North America marketing at the global 3PL, GEODIS, as well as led product marketing for Körber Supply Chain’s order management system (OMS) post-acquisition from enVista. Natalie is a RetailWire Braintrust member and the host of Optoro’s webcast, Returnology, where you can find her discussing the latest trends and topics in the world of retail and returns with other industry experts.

Natalie’s passion in marketing is around empathizing with customers, communicating a compelling value narrative, and operationalizing marketing efforts to drive revenue for the business. She is certified through Pragmatic Institute and HubSpot in product marketing, content, email, and inbound marketing.

Natalie lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and three small children, and enjoys gardening, watching Alabama football (Roll Tide!), and supporting customers through her own retail therapy.
