Chris Wykoff

Chris is an experienced supply chain software leader with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise-level solutions across multiple business verticals.
Prior to working at Optoro, Chris worked at Manhattan Associates designing and implementing warehouse and order management software for some of the top Fortune 500 retail and consumer electronics companies.
At Optoro, Chris has been able to excel in roles across all aspects of the customer journey from pre-contract solutions to implementation and integration design to ongoing technical account support. As the General Manager of Product for our Returns Management team, Chris uses his customer-focused approach to build world-class solutions to optimize the reverse supply chain. Chris holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his two dogs, loving wife, and amazing daughter. When not thinking about the flow of returned goods through the warehouse, Chris loves to host cookouts for his friends and family, buy rare sneakers, and, of course, cheer on his Clemson Tigers.
